The St. John’s Household Green Team meets on the second Tuesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. in the St. Jude Room of the Msgr. Harris Center.

Household Green Team
Join us for a study on Pope Francis' encyclical Laudato Si' "on care for our common home." This study is being organized to help individuals and families assess their environmental impact and develop individual actions to reduce environmental impacts and to reduce financial expenditures. Meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday monthly in the Jude Rm at 7:00 pm. The reference documents are online and will be linked below. Do not use straws, or use earth-friendly straws. Littered areas almost always have straws!

Bring a reusable cup when you get coffee or other special drinks, like at Starbucks or The Beanery.

Recycle batteries at Staples.

Recycle plastic shopping bags at Target, along with cell phones and ink cartridges.
