Father Raymond Schmidt, Pastor

Fr. Ray
Welcome to our new parish web site! Whether you are actively searching for information about our parish, or have just stumbled into our web, we are honored by your presence. We are all about glorifying Jesus Christ. If I as pastor were to ask myself why this parish web site is even up and running, I would have to answer, for the sake of Jesus Christ. If the celestial beings were asked why they exist, the answer would be the same. If the whole universe were to suddenly become articulate from north to south and east to west, it would cry out in chorus, we exist for the sake of Jesus Christ. The name of Jesus Christ would issue from the seas, the mountains, the valleys, it would be tapped out by the patter of raindrops, it would be written in the skies by lightening. The sun in its westward march through the heavens would chant a thunderous hymn to the glory of Jesus Christ. Our prayer as you learn about us is that you will encounter the fullness of a relationship with Jesus Christ through the sacraments, prayer, service, study and worship in a Catholic Community of Faith.

The mission of St. John Francis Regis Parish is to foster a family of faith built on yesterday’s foundation, so that today’s spirituality, service, and education will continue to grow into tomorrow’s Catholic community.

Saint John Francis Regis, pray for us!

Reverend Raymond Francis Schmidt, pastor
