Rental fee
$1125.00 for In-Parish
$1625.00 for Out of Parish

This fee includes tables and chairs, set-up, clean-up and break down. It also includes the use of the kitchen with the exception of the deep fryers (this is an additional cost). The Archdiocese of Washington mandates that each person/persons that rents the facility takes out a $1,000,000.00 liability policy, which is also included in the rental fee.

The Monsignor Harris Center holds 460 people in a banquet style setting, 750 people in an auditorium style setting and 1000 people in a stand up style event. We have 50 round tables and 50 8 ft rectangular tables, 475 cushioned chairs, a stage, kitchen with flat top griddle, 2 convection ovens, 2 regular ovens, 6 burner stove top, small bar/drink area, 2 large multiple stall restrooms for both males and females as well as one family restroom, handicap restrooms, etc.

We have two extra auxillary rooms available to rent at an additional cost. (They are great for the guest of honor to relax or for a small meeting room for about 20 people.)

Cash Bars and B.Y.O.B are not permitted on the grounds and charging to make a profit is not allowed.
